These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Scholar Rise Inc., a company with its principal place of business in California, USA that operates the American Journal of Emerging Scholars ("AMJES") website. Scholar Rise Inc. operates www.amjes.org, through which it strives to make the world's academic literature a freely available public resource. By using the AMJES website and any services accessible from the AMJES website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Article Processing Charge (APC) or Author Fee or Publication Fee

All Article Processing Charge or Fee are strictly non-refundable. American Journal of Emerging Scholar utilizes an Open Access Model where all published articles are made freely available to anyone to read and download. We provide our authors and readers with high-quality services, such as editorial triaging of submissions, facilitating a collaborative faculty provided peer-review, plagiarism checks, quality assurance of articles, management of production services (i.e. copyediting, layout editing, and quality control checks), indexing, archiving, and long term preservation of published articles via professional preservation networks and the journal platform. To continue to provide these services the authors are required to pay the Article Processing Charge.

The trademarks and other elements appearing on the AMJES website are protected by California, the United States, and international copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights and applicable laws. The AMJES LOGO and BANNERS used on this website are the trademarks of the journal. Permission in writing from the Scholar Rise Inc. management is required before using any graphics found on this website for personal or commercial use. All articles and accompanying materials published by AMJES on the AMJES website, unless otherwise indicated, are licensed by the respective authors of such articles for use and distribution by you subject to citation of the original source in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution License. Copyright holder(s), manuscript submitter and authors of the manuscripts grants AMJES a perpetual, non-exclusive license to distribute & display their article.

Unless otherwise indicated, the AMJES website is the property of Scholar Rise Inc. General Practices Regarding Use

Scholar Rise Inc. reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access and use of the AMJES website at any time without notice.

In order to open an "Account" on the AMJES website and submit articles for publication on the AMJES website, you must (i) agree to these Terms of Use, (ii) agree to the Creative Commons Attribution License, and (iii) provide any information required by AMJES during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and the security of your Account and password. Scholar Rise Inc. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are also responsible for all content that you may post on the AMJES website and activity that occurs under your Account (even when content is posted by others under your Account). You shall: (i) notify Scholar Rise Inc immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or Account or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (ii) report to Scholar Rise Inc immediately and use reasonable efforts to immediately stop any unauthorized activity that is known or suspected by you.

As a condition to your use of the AMJES website, you agree not to:

If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action brought against Scholar Rise Inc and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, or other partners and employees, arising out of or related to use of the AMJES website or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
